bedroom Tuscan/country inspired house on 5 acres of granite bushland
just 4 klms from the centre of Stanthorpe, so you can enjoy dinner and
drinks in town and catch a taxi home. Also enjoy pickup for local wine
tours.
Abivilla has three bedrooms, all comfortably furnished with electric
blankets and doonas. Two lounge areas, both with TVs and one has a CD/DVD.
There is a slow combustion fireplace to sit around and enjoy a sip of
wine and also reverse cycle air conditioning for your total comfort.
 The
kitchen and laundry are fully self contained and there is a separate
dining room.
Enjoy a nice morning cuppa on our back verandah and enjoy the peace and
quiet overlooking granite bushland and enjoying the wildlife.

 Other
Information
The family pet is also welcome by arrangement. There is a secure area
for them to be left while touring.
There is plenty of car parking area.
Disabled access is possible. A small wheelchair could access the
bathroom.
Please be aware, if bringing small children, there is a unfenced dam on
the property.
